Our Story
How We Met
We met at a mutual friend's garden party in the summer of 2019. James accidentally knocked my Pimm's over whilst reaching for a strawberry, and the rest is history! He insists he did it on purpose to get my attention, but I'm not convinced.
The Proposal
James proposed on a weekend trip to the Cotswolds in spring 2024. We were walking through the gardens at Hidcote Manor when he got down on one knee by the rose garden. I immediately said yes (after making him wait a dramatic 3 seconds, of course!). It was absolutely perfect.
